MEET THE TEAM

Strength & Conditioning Coach — Speed & Jumps

A former track and field athlete, Nikki is a NSCA-Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach with a Master's in Exercise Science from the University of Houston–Clear Lake (2017). She holds dual bachelor's degrees from the University of Dubuque (2015) in Health & Wellness and Business Administration.  She specializes in speed mechanics and jumps. She's coached novice, collegiate, and professional athletes across track and field, soccer, baseball, softball, swim & dive, and tennis. Known for being tough and kind in equal measure, Nikki pushes every athlete toward real results.

Offensive & Defensive Line Coach

A former NFL offensive lineman with eight years in the league, Adam played for the Washington Redskins (2012–2013), New York Giants (2014–2015), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2017–2018), and Atlanta Falcons (2019). In college he was a standout guard at the University of Iowa, earning All–Big Ten Offensive Lineman honors (2011) and back-to-back Player of the Week nods against Michigan and Northwestern.

Defensive Line Coach

Kori brings pro and Power Five experience to Create The Finish. He's a defensive lineman for the Montreal Alouettes (CFL, 2025), and played collegiately at the University of Oklahoma (2019–2022) and Southern Methodist University (2023–2025) after starting out at Manvel High School.

Baseball / Pitching Coach

Brendan is a Pearland High School graduate (2015) who reached the 5A state semifinals as a two-year varsity player. He went on to play four years of college baseball at Northeast Texas Community College, Wharton County Junior College, and LSU-Shreveport, where he was part of back-to-back conference championships (2018, 2019). He coached pitching at Northwood High School in Shreveport (2020–2024) and has coached for Marucci Elite Texas (8/9U) and Team Louisiana (high school). "I look forward to developing your athlete in all aspects of the game."
